SteroiDBase is a database of 2519 steroid structures docked to the human estrogen receptor alpha ligand binding domain (HERalpha LBD). The database entries include three dimensional structures and estimated binding free energies of the steroid-HERalphaLBD complexes. Structural data can be downloaded in Protein Databank (PDB) format. Further information on trivial names, compound classes, and Steraloid IDs are also provided.
